Baroness Marie Helene d'Ipswatten (born 1962) is the daughter of Baron Julius d'Ipswatten.

She studied Sociology and worked for the government from 1986 to 1997. She continues to work on immigrant issues and advises the Ministry of Interior.

In 1984 she married the famous football player Johannes Balzer. They had three children: Marguerite (born 1985), Louise (born 1987) and Julius (born 1993).

Johannes died in 2001 in an air crash.

In 2012 she married secondly to Eugen von Prach.
