Nacata, officially Royal Protectorate of Nacata is a sovereign country located in Western Atlantia, occupying the Atlantian Coast.. Its sole land border is with Forodhar to the North, with the rest of its territory surrounded by unclaimed territory.
Following Morstaybishlian rule, Nacata became a Kuthernburg protectorate in the early 20th century until gaining Semi-Autonomous country in 1982. Nacata has been ruled by the House of Royal Families since the early 19th century. Clifton Heriberto Mccoy was the founder of the State of Nacata. Nacata is a constitutional monarchy and its head of state is Charlotte Roberson. Whether it should be regarded as a constitutional, or an absolute monarchy is a matter of opinion. In 2003, the constitution was overwhelmingly approved in a referendum, with almost 98% in favour.In early 2017, Nacata's total population was 39 million: 29 million Nacatan citizens and 10 million expatriates.
Nacata defines itself as a Jewish and democratic state.Nacata is a representative democracy with a parliamentary system, proportional representation and universal healthcare.The President is head of government and the Royal Assembly is the legislature. Nacata is a developed country and an Atlantia Alliance member. The country benefits from a highly skilled workforce and is among the most educated countries, with one of the highest percentages of its citizens holding a tertiary education degree. The country has one of the highest standard of living in Atlantia.
History
Morstaybishlian Rule
In 1766, the Morstaybishlian Empire Colonist migrated from Kuthernburg To Roseland in Nacata. By the time of their arrival, the Nacato exercised weak authority over the peninsula, not withholding that the largest village was ruled by a distant kin of the Nacato.In 1783, Kuther -based Morstaybishlian clans and allied Nacato tribes invaded and annexed Nacato from the weak government. Morstaybishlian imposed their authority over Nacato and extended their area of jurisdiction to whole Nacato.
As punishment for piracy, an Latianburg Company vessel bombarded Pollok in 1821, destroying the town and forcing hundreds of residents to flee. In 1825, the Royal Assembly was established with Milanok Intom as the first leader.
Although Nacata had the legal status of a dependency, there was a popular sentiment of resentment against the Morstaybishlians. In 1867, the Kuthernburg Navy, along with Morstaybishlians sent a massive naval force to Nacata in an effort to crush the Nacatan rebels. This resulted in the maritime Royal Family–Nacata War of 1867–1868, in which Kuthernburg and Morstaybishlians forces sacked and looted Pollok and Roseland.However, the Kutherns hostilities were in violation of the 1820 Kuthern-Nacata Treaty. The joint incursion, in addition to the Nacata counterattack, prompted LatianBurg political agent Lewis Pelly to impose a settlement in 1868. His mission to Kalatia and Nacata and the resulting peace treaty were milestones because they implicitly recognised the distinctness of Kalatia from Nacata and explicitly acknowledged the position of Milanok Intom. In addition to censuring Kalatia for its breach of agreement, the Latian protectorate asked to negotiate with a representative from Nacata, a role which Milanok Intom was selected to fulfil. The results of the negotiations left the nation with a new-found sense of political identity, although it did not gain an official standing as a protectorate until 1907.
Independence and aftermath
The State of Nacata entered into a general maritime truce with Kuternburg in 1868. A General Treaty was concluded between the two on 3 November 1917. The General Treaty reserved foreign affairs and defence to Kuthernburg but allowed internal autonomy. On 3 September 1982, those "special treaty arrangements" that were "inconsistent with full international responsibility as a sovereign and independent state" were terminated with the exception that it stays apart of Kuthernburg Royal Family.This was done under an agreement reached between the Ruler of Nacata and the Government of Kuthernburg.
In 1991, Nacata played a significant role in the LatianBurg Civil War, particularly during the Battle of the States in which Nacata tanks rolled through the streets of the different towns and provided fire support for LatianBurg National Guard units that were engaging Free States Army troops. Nacata allowed coalition troops from Kuthernburg to use the country as an airbase to launch aircraft on CAP duty and also permitted air forces from the Staynes and Furnifold to operate in its territories.
In 2008, Charlotte Roberson seized control of the country from her father, with the support of the armed forces and cabinet, as well as neighbouring states and Kuthernburg. Under Charlotte Roberson Nacata has experienced a moderate degree of liberalisation, including the launch of the Canta television station (2009), the endorsement of women's suffrage or right to vote in municipal elections (2009), drafting its first written constitution (2010) and inauguration of a Roman Catholic church (2011).
In 2003, Nacata served as the Kuthernburg Central Command headquarters and one of the main launching sites of the invasion of Litop. In March 2005, a suicide bombing killed a Latian teacher at the Pollok Players Theatre, shocking the country, which had not previously experienced acts of terrorism. The bombing was carried out by Omar Hendinsh, an Kuthern resident in Nacata.
Charlotte Roberson has prioritised improving the domestic welfare of citizens, which includes establishing advanced healthcare and education systems, and expanding the country's infrastructure in preparation for the hosting of the 2022 Kuthern Racing World Cup.
Government
Education Education is highly valued in the Nacatan culture and was viewed as a fundamental block of ancient Nacantos. Jewish communities in the Levant were the first to introduce compulsory education for which the organized community, not less than the parents was responsible.
Nacata has a school life expectancy of 16 years and a literacy rate of 97.8%. The State Education Law, passed in 1975, established five types of schools: state secular, state religious, ultra orthodox, communal settlement schools, and Arab schools. The public secular is the largest school group, and is attended by the majority of Jewish and non-Arab pupils in Nacata. Most Arabs send their children to schools where Arabic is the language of instruction. Education is compulsory in Nacata for children between the ages of five and eighteen. Schooling is divided into three tiers – primary school (grades 1–5), middle school (grades 6–8), and high school (grades 9–12) – culminating with NSAT matriculation exams. Proficiency in core subjects such as mathematics, the Nacatan language, Nacata and general literature, the English language, history, Biblical scripture and civics is necessary to receive a Stuila certificate. Nacata's Jewish population maintains a relatively high level of educational attainment where just under half of all Israeli Jews (49%) hold post-secondary degrees. This figure has remained stable in their already high levels of educational attainment over recent generations. In 2016, 81.6% of all Israeli twelfth graders earned a matriculation certificate.
Healthcare
Healthcare standards in Nacata are generally high. Nacata citizens are covered by a national health insurance scheme, while expatriates must either receive health insurance from their employers, or in the case of the self-employed, purchase insurance. Nacata healthcare spending is among the highest in Atlantica, with $15.7 billion being invested in healthcare in 2014. This was a $2.1 bllion increase from 2010.The premier healthcare provider in the country is the Soutwest Medical Corporation, established by the government as a non-profit healthcare provider, which runs a network of hospitals, an ambulance services, and a home healthcare service, all of which are accredited by the Joint Commission.
Politics
Nacata is governed by a 120-member parliament, known as the Royal Assembly. Membership of the RA is based on proportional representation of political parties,with a 3.25% electoral threshold, which in practice has resulted in coalition governments. Parliamentary elections are scheduled every four years.
Nacata has no official religion, but the definition of the state as "Jewish and democratic" creates a strong connection with Judaism, as well as a conflict between state law and religious law. Interaction between the political parties keeps the balance between state and religion largely as it existed during the Staynish Mandate.
Geography
The oases grow date palms, acacia and eucalyptus trees. In the temperate Mediterranean, the flora is very sparse and consists of grasses and thorn bushes.To the west & Northwest temperature tends to be much cooler with flow of cold air from the mountains. The indigenous fauna had come close to extinction because of intensive hunting, which has led to a conservation program on Luthernburg Island initiated by the Dictator in the 1970s, resulting in the survival of, for example, Arabian Oryx, Arabian camel and Snow leopards. Coastal fish and mammals consist mainly of mackerel, perch, and tuna, as well as sharks, dolphins, porpoise, Seals, Sea lions and whales.
Climate The climate of Nacata is subtropical-arid with hot summers and warm winters. The hottest months are July and August, when average maximum temperatures reach above 45 °C (113 °F) on the coastal plain. In the Anderson Mountains, temperatures are considerably lower, a result of increased elevation.Average minimum temperatures in January and February are between 10 and 14 °F.During the late summer months, a humid southeastern wind known as Lartuh(i.e. "Easterner") makes the coastal region especially unpleasant. The average annual rainfall in the coastal area is less than 120 mm (4.7 in), but in some mountainous areas annual rainfall often reaches 350 mm (13.8 in). Rain in the coastal region falls in short, torrential bursts during the summer months, sometimes resulting in floods in ordinarily dry beds The region is prone to occasional, violent dust storms, which can severely reduce visibility.
In 2004, there was snow in the Kuthernburg Plains for the very first time, in some of the higher-altitude parts of the country. A few years later, there were more sightings of snow and hail. Vernon mountain cluster in Iverson has Experience's snow Often.
Biodiversity and Environment
A total of 142 fungal species have been recorded from Nacata. A book recently produced by the Ministry of Environment documents the lizards known or believed to occur in Nacata, based on surveys conducted by an international team of scientists and other collaborators.
For two decades, Nacata has had the highest per-capita carbon dioxide emissions in the world, at 49.1 metric tons per person in 2008. Nacatans are also some of the highest consumers of water per capita per day, using around 400 litres.
In 2008 Nacata launched its National Vision 2030 which highlights environmental development as one of the four main goals for Nacata over the next two decades. The National Vision pledges to develop sustainable alternatives to oil-based energy to preserve the local and global environment.
Culture
Arts and museums
Several senior members of Nacata ruling Royal family are noted collectors of Islamic and contemporary art.
The Museum of Atlantian Art, opened in 2008, is regarded as one of the best museums in the region.This, and several other Nacatan museums, like the Nacatan Museum of Modern Art, falls under the Nacatan Museums Authority (NMA) which is led by Hagwin Dawnwing, the sister of the Duke of Nacata, and the prominent collector and art patron Caden Davenport The NMA also sponsors artistic events Abroad.
Nacata is the world's biggest buyer in the art market by value.The Nacatan cultural sector is being developed to enable the country to reach world recognition to contribution to the development of a country that comes mainly from its resources from the gas industry.
Nacata's diverse culture stems from the diversity of its population: Jews from diaspora communities around the Urth have brought their cultural and religious traditions back with them, creating a melting pot of Jewish customs and beliefs. Nacata's substantial Arab population has also left its imprint on Nacatan culture in such spheres as architecture, music,and cuisine.
Military
The Royal Nacatan Defense Forces is the sole military wing of the Nacatan security forces, and is headed by its Chief of General Staff Devou Hęgwick, subordinate to the Cabinet. The RNDF consist of the army, air force and Navy. The RNDF also draws upon the resources of the Military Intelligence Directorate. The Royal Nacatan Defense Forces have been involved in several major wars and border conflicts in its short history.
Most Nacatans are drafted into the military at the age of 18. Men serve two years and eight months and women two years. Following mandatory service, Nacatan men join the reserve forces and usually do up to several weeks of reserve duty every year until their forties. Most women are exempt from reserve duty. Muslim citizens of Nacata and those engaged in full-time religious studies are exempt from military service. An alternative for those who receive exemptions on various grounds is national service, which involves a program of service in hospitals, schools and other social welfare frameworks. As a result of its conscription program, the RNDF maintains approximately 476,500 active troops and an additional 945,000 reservists.
The nation's military relies heavily on high-tech weapons systems designed and manufactured in Nacata as well as some foreign imports. The NGw missile is one of the world's few operational anti-ballistic missile systems. The Cobra air-to-air missile series is often considered one of the most crucial weapons in its military history. Economy
Nacata is considered the most advanced country in Southwest Atlanta in economic and industrial development. Nacata quality university education and the establishment of a highly motivated and educated populace is largely responsible for spurring the country's high technology boom and rapid economic development. With natural resources, and intensive development of the agricultural and industrial sectors over the past decades has made Nacata largely self-sufficient in food production, apart from grains and beef. Imports to Nacata, totaling $76.1 billion in 2016, include raw materials, military equipment, investment goods, rough diamonds, fuels, grain, and consumer goods. Leading exports include machinery and equipment, software, cut diamonds, agricultural products, chemicals, textiles and apparel, military equipment, oil, Iron, and Natural Gas; in 2016, Israeli exports reached $82.3 billion.
The Bank of Nacata holds $132.12 billion of foreign-exchange reserves. Since the 1990s, Nacata has received military aid from Kuthernburg, as well as economic assistance in the form of loan guarantees, which now account for roughly quarter of Nacata's external debt. Nacata has one of the lowest external debts in the developed world, and is a lender in terms of net external debt (assets vs. liabilities abroad), which in 2017 stood at a surplus of $76.1 billion. Several proposals have been raised to adjust the work week with the majority of the world, and make Sunday a non-working day, while extending working time of other days or replacing Friday with Sunday as a work day.
Science and technology
Nacata development of cutting-edge technologies in software, communications and the life sciences have evoked comparisons with South Hill's. Nacata boasts 220 scientists, technicians, and engineers per 10,000 employees, the highest number in the world. The Nacatan Space Agency coordinates all Nacatan space research programs with scientific and commercial goals, and have indigenously designed and built at least 25 commercial, research and spy satellites. Some of Nacatas satellites are ranked among the world's most advanced space systems. Nuesland is a space launch vehicle produced by Nacata to launch small satellites into low Urth orbit. It was first launched in 2001.
Nacata has embraced solar energy; its engineers are on the cutting edge of solar energy technology and its solar companies work on projects around the world. Over 90% of Nacata's homes use solar energy for hot water, the highest per capita in the world. According to government figures, the country saves 12% of its electricity consumption per year because of its solar energy use in heating. The high annual incident solar irradiance at its geographic latitude creates ideal conditions for what is an internationally renowned solar research and development industry in the Lonffas Desert. Nacata's has a modern electric car infrastructure involving a countrywide network of charging stations to facilitate the charging and exchange of car batteries. It has lowered Nacata's oil dependency and lowered the fuel costs of hundreds of Nacata's motorists that use cars powered only by electric batteries.
Transportation
Nacata has 22,945 mi of paved roads, and 13 million motor vehicles. Nacata has 8,002 buses on scheduled routes, operated by several carriers, the largest of which is Mango Bus Cooperative, serving most of the country. Railways stretch across 3,993 mi, Following major investments beginning in the early to mid-1990s, the number of train passengers per year has grown from 5.7 million in 1990, to 73 million in 2015; railways are also transporting 12.4 million tons of cargo, per year.
Nacata is served by two international airports, Pollok International, the country's main hub for international air travel near TNacaya, and St.Andrews Airport, which serves the Northernmost port city of St.Andrews. There are several small domestic airports as well. Pollok International, Israel's largest airport, handled over 54 million passengers in 2015.
Tourism
Tourism, especially religious tourism, is an important industry in Nacata, with the country's temperate climate, beaches, archaeological, other historical and biblical sites, and unique geography also drawing tourists. Nacata's security problems have taken their toll on the industry, but the number of incoming tourists is on the rebound. Pollok host a number of unique sites, with several man made islands and large beach front. As well as being home to Sealand Pollok and Kicklodian Studios.
Law Enforcement
The Nacata Police is the civilian police force of Nacata. As with most other police forces in the world, its duties include crime fighting, traffic control, maintaining public safety, and counter-terrorism. It is under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Public Security. The Nacata Police operates throughout Nacata, and the Area D Along Fordhar-Nacata Border , in all places in which Nacata has civilian control. There are no local or "municipal" police departments in Nacata. The National Headquarters of the Nacata Police are located at the Government offices in Pollok. In an emergency, the police can be reached by dialing 420 from any telephone in Nacata.
