The Second Empire of Kusroemria (Federa Emria/Militarist Kusroemria) is an abbreviation for current political state of the Emria Union State adopting militarism, federalism and expansionism policy. It was ruled directly under a democratic and militarist party called the Kusroemria Democratic Militarist Party (KDMP)/ Federamat Kohozol Imstgata Partzai (FKIP). The state is also known to be Federal due to its pattern of governing system which distributes its powers evenly with smaller prefectures within its borders.

Emergence of the KDMP's rule

The Militia Pact, which was signed in 17th February, launched the attack on Rajanistan and occupying Rawi. After the Rajanistan war in January 2016, the KKKP were blamed for causing the attack and suffered massive losses. The Party fell deliberately from negative receptions and resistance from millions of people across the 4 multiple states. Civil war broke out in Kusroemria, with the formation of armed opposition parties against the ruling governments. Rajanistan citizens intervened, ultimately collapsing the ruling party at a rapid rate. In 5th of February 2016, Iremria president got assassinated, overthrowing the control of Iremrian KKKP. In 6th February 2016, Niremrian governments were literally forced by multiple party armies to step down, and at the same time 21 members of the KKKP in Niremria were killed. The president of Niremria immediately stepped down from the loss of supporters and the fear of being assassinated. However, the president was promptly killed by a party soldier. In 8th February, both governments of states Lucemria and Sophemria were forced overthrown. Autonomy was quashed and all four states experienced state-organised oppression under a party that desired a unified Kusroemria. Immediately, the state quickly changed its ruling party to the KDMP, abdicating all KKKP government at once. By evening, the leader established full control over the government and officially declared the new formation of Kusroemria ruling system through headlines and newspapers. After KDMP's rise to power, it sought to reorganise the structure of the economy so as to recover the financial losses during the Rajanistan War on March 2016. After several changes, economy was seen visibly improving, and Federa Emria begun to impose militarisation and conscription. The military power rose significantly from 23% to Rajanistan before the March Consolidation Period to 121% after 12th April 2016. When military is assured of its capability, Kusroemria invaded Rajanistan through the tactics of Blitzkrieg, and successfully occupied Rajanistan's capital for total annexation. The EUA, EAF and EN was made to swore an allegiance to the KDMP.

War Crimes and Atrocities

After the annexation of Rajanistan, Federa Emria launched the reign of terror and ordered its military to carry out a mass killing of Rajanistan's Jotuni civilians. Millions were killed from the Emrian Army when lands came under occupation of Federa Emria.

Federa Emria made use of biological weapons in its fight against Jotun. Condemn from the Marjhan League has not been successful, as Federa Emria deliberately withdrew itself from the organisation. Federa Emria continued to use biological weapons against the intervening League troops, leading to relentless mass killing. Federa Emria was still able to capture Jotun's capital despite international warnings from other countries. Kreia sent it's ultimatum to Kusroemria warning them about the dire consequences of military suppression that they might face if they continued committing further war crimes.

In July, Kreia officially intervened and planned to liberate Il-Jate from Kusroemria. However, this resulted in a strong stance and resistance put up by the Emrian Union Army. Marjhan League condemned Kreia and Kusroemria for 'illegally' intervening and violating the terms of Internal Affairs Rights of Individual States. This condemnation placed the League in a position to impose lawful economic sanctions on both the countries of Kusroemria and Kreia as the two countries were still the official members of the League. Military sanctions is to be imposed on Kusroemria for violating the peace and security in Marjhan.

Fall of KDMP’s rule and the rise of KMNF

In 10th June 2018, KDMP’s rule was toppled over by Kusroemria Militarist National Front (KMNF) after a major coup d'état was staged on the Central Vertex, a building for the military headquarters and the war department administration office. The party immediately seize power in the parliament the next day and declared a massive political reform on the government and the nation itself. The nation of Kusroemria was officially announced and declared to be renamed as the Second Empire under a military dictatorship form of government, which followed with respect to after the First Empire which saw the conquering of the eastern and the western Marjharn States. After the consolidation of power, the KMNF launched the Black Terror, which was accompanied by multiple show trails against former KDMP members and supporters, with subsequent purge against those who voiced opposition.

The Black Terror

The Black Terror immediately occurred after the fall of KDMP’s rule, starting from midnight 12:09 am onwards. The KMNF organises a swift military unit known as the Kafa Shad (KS) or the Kusroemrian Civil Police (KCP) that is massively mobilised across the entire capital of Kusroemria, taking out any protestors who rallied across the streets and oppressing those people with political dissents when power was successfully seized. At around 12:15 am, KCP arrested all members of the KDMP under the War Department, which were scheduled to be executed by 12:30 am. Television programme was only restricted to allow the broadcasting of internal affairs, where KMNF directed television screening towards the execution of KDMP members in the execution chamber.

Current Situations:

As of 12th June 2018 onwards, the Second Empire of Kusroemria annexed several national territories belonging to the Republic of Sycikstan, Armed Republic of Zawiqstan as well as the Empire of Totoritalia. The annual ITAC conference which is to be held in 16th June had banned Kusroemria from joining the talks.

Past Situations:

As of 2nd May 2016 onwards, Federa Emria successfully occupied Rajanistan and started another invasion on Jotun. They reasoned that Jotun has been interfering with their crisis in a negative manner and throughout the years, Jotun is also seen as an aggressor and enemy to Kusroemria in the past. Jotun was successfully occupied on 23rd May 2016. Rawi came under direct rule on the same date as the occupation of Jotun. Federa Emria is also currently militarily occupying Jotun, as well as proclaiming their annexation over Il-Jate, although not widely recognised by Kreia and the Marjhan League. International Territorial Arbitration Conference (ITAC) 2016 is to be held on 12 December 2016. On 30th July, Marjharn League imposed economic sanctions on Emria, restricting the import of iron and steel. In addition, Kreia launched Operation Jathali, an invasion of Emria controlled Il-Jate, liberating it for its own cause. Kusroemria is currently deciding whether they should withdraw itself from the League.
