Esthervania is an central-eastern European country located in the northern Balkans. Esthervania also known as FYROE is one of the successor states from the former Yugoslavia that declared independence on the 21st of April, 1991. Esthervania is a landlocked country that borders Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. The nation has a population of over 7 million which 3 million of that live in the capital city of Ambrosia. The other 4 million live in smaller cities, towns and even some rural villages. Esthervania is predominately homogeneous nation which the major ethnic group being native Esthervanian People, although in the capital and larger citites it is not uncommon to find Romanians, Serbs, Hungarians and Croats living in the cities with higher populations because of there greater job opportunity.

Esthervania is part of the European Union and was the first ex-Yugolsav country to do this, Esthervania is a fairly progressive well off nation, yet still has many struggles with joining the modern age, due to the ethnic cleansing in 1995 in which around almost one million Hungarians were killed. Esthervanians are a south slavic ethnic group who are the majority ethnic group of Esthervania. They also make up minority in neighbouring countries such as Hungary, Austria, Serbia and Croatia. Esthervanians speak the south slavic language Esthervanian which is mutually intelligible with Serbo-Croatian. They are a very devout Roman Catholic ethnic group both in Esthervania and in there diaspora in such countries as America, Australia, Canada and the UK. Esthervania is a largely mountainous nation with many thick forests. Esthervania is famous for being the worlds largest exporter of potatoes and other vegetables.
