| − | The Empire of Acharastan is a large, genial nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. The compassionate, intelligent population enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct. It is located in the Central-South coast of the Erantone continent. It has two provinces, and is one of the few nations still using the monarch as a political figure. It's judicial system is a main referendum and takes a lot of decisions from other nations. It has a mix of Southeast Asian and Christian cultures, making for a wide variety of traditions. It follows Lithuania-Latvia and The Royally United Provinces in almost anything they do, and specializes in naval combat. It has been in a number of wars, usually trying to create a treaty after a large attack. More information in the latter paragraphs.

| − | During a walk down the Angelo river, a man named David was nearly blinded by a bright light approaching him. It spoke to him in a soft voice, "David, you have been chosen by God to rule and care for these people. Take this sword, for it is blessed by God.". David then realized the light was an angel, and took the sword as the angel said. He ran back to his village to tell the people what had happened. Immediately, the people followed him and did what he said. He went on a journey around the land with the sword to unite the people in God. They showered him with gifts and built a huge palace for him to live in. But it wasn't long before he became greedy and power hungry. He made the people slaves to his might. Years later, the same angel approached him and said "David, you have abused your power for evil. You will have no place in heaven.". David didn't care. He thought he was more powerful than God. And for 500 years, the nation was ruled by greedy and unfair kings.

| − | 500 years later, the leader King David III met a peasant named Maria. Maria was the most beautiful in all the land, but also believed the King's rule should end. But the King had to have her. She was forcefully wed and soon gave birth to a boy named Henry. Months later, King David III died, and Queen Maria was given power. Throughout her rule, she raised Henry to care for people and their needs. When Maria died, Henry ruled as King. He set up a parliamentary system where the people could choose who represented themselves in government. His job would be very similar to the American President. He commanded the military, could veto laws, and make sure the Representatives were truthful. He also could knight people and declare war.

| − | In the 15-16th Centuries, many empires were expanding due to exploration. This however was not true in the case of Acharastan. Due to our wide ocean areas, we had explored most of the land we needed. Much like the Native Americans, Acharians only took what they needed, and more land was not desirable. What drove our expansion was a few events. The beginning of the Dragon Plague caused people to begin to spread, for fear of becoming diseased. Another was the sudden outburst of attacks from barbarian tribes in the area. We began a conquest for our safety. But the main reason was the spread of christianity. Pilgrims would travel far and wide to spread their faith. In the modern day, these pilgrims are members of other nations. This is the cause of the Acharian people springing up in other nations. This also brings a more diverse heritage in Acharastan.

| − | During the Industrial Revolution, people raced to find easier ways to do work. Each family had their own small factory, mass producing almost anything they could find. This created an economic explosion as international trade almost quadrupled. Even though the common man was swimming in currency, the pollution was everywhere. Many people gave up riches for a better environment, and created more natural ways to get energy. Modern economists say if they didn't, Acharastan would be the richest in the world, but no humans living there. During this time, we began building a wide variety of naval ships, which is the reason for the extremely large fleet of battleships.

| − | During the Cold War, Acharastan frowned upon the actions of the Soviet Union, and had a strict anti-communist policy. In this time, Acharastan took a keen liking to space exploration. They were some of the first to put TV satellites into orbit. Physicists were some of the first to experiment out of gravity, and gave the nation a scientific advantage. But as more tensions grew in the war, Acharastan abandoned space exploration for fear of angering communists. Acharastan tried to lower it's publicity as we expected an attack from the soviet union. During this time, more classified experiments began taking place. Many of these experiments are still unknown, with only 15 declassified. This has caused many Acharian Creepypastas to arise, making Acharastan a popular nation once more.

| − | The Lithuanian Age began with the meeting of Princess June and Prince Sharkov. This meeting caused Acharastan to enter such conflicts as the Gilnean War, The Rhine Revolution, The Lithuanian Civil War, and The Double RUP War. These wars either strengthened or weakened relations with "The Coalition". The Coalition was the term used for the alliances between Acharastan, Lithuania-Latvia, The Royally United Provinces, and The Rhine States. Sometimes South Hanover, Dertia, and Servinta are included in this, but not always. Tensions between the 4 were finally relived with the signing of "The Treaty of Matilda".

The Royal Branch, The Parliamentary Branch, and the Democratic Branch. The Royal Branch acts as the Executive Branch, but is a little different. The Head of the branch is royal instead of elected. It can also declare war and make people knights. The Parliamentary Branch acts as the Legislative branch, but is a bit different. There is only one elected house, the House of Commons. The House of Lords is made up of Knights, minor monarchs (Dukes, Earls, etc.), and wise men (Wise men to not count anymore.). This Branch may also contain leaders of different nations we are allies of. The Democratic Branch acts as the Judicial branch, but is a bit different. It has no officials, and is mainly a referendum. It overrules laws, creates petitions, removes elected officials, and represents the nation. That is how our government works.

| − | Gained from the Lithuanian-Gilnean war, this land borders Gilneas to the north and Lithuania to the west. It is famous for being the landing point for Project ForestFire, or part two of operation sandcastle. To the west it has the Gilnean River, which separates it from the western part of the contident. It is one of the few safe places as all nuclear weapons targeted there were shot down and all nukes against Gilneas were to its north. Aside from a few border skirmishes by rebel Gilneans, the area has been peaceful since the treaty was signed. These days it is a place full of war memorials, historical monuments, and serves as a place for relations with Lithuania. It is very flat and Sandy their as a result of Operation Sandcastle, but the northeastern and eastern areas is full of never before seen plants due to radiation.
