Police forces and defenses are strong, over-zealous and well-funded. Religion is hardly mentioned here, but is far from suppressed. Recently, youth rebelliousness is at an all time high, but underage drinking is low. | |
The Kingdom of Alagasagia
Overview
"The Psychotic Nepotist Republic of Alagasagia is a huge, cultured nation, notable for its anti-smoking policies, daily referendums, and devotion to social welfare. The compassionate, democratic population of 646 million Alagasagians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion." The first paragraph of the page of the nation itself is pretty much all that you need to know. Civil and political rights in this kingdom have recently skyrocketed, but Alagasagia seems to be in a constant economic recession.
The government of Alagasagia is fairly omnipresent, but the people are by no means oppressed. Crime is well under control, and always will be thanks to the well-funded police force, but surveillance and intelligence gathering is not allowed to get to personal for the civilians' sake.
Many and most of Alagasagia's policies are focused towards protecting the environment. The beautiful, environmentally stunning island nation is covered by so much forest, over 25% of all deaths are from people getting lost in the wilderness!
