Fourth Republic of Consejo de Indias

Provincial or State Organization

Consejo de Indias is divided in 3 prefectures, two autonomous territories and a associated State. The prefectures that form the mainland are Andinia de la Marca, Fountainbleau and Palermo. Each province is under a federal structure, in which the governor role is taken by the Prefects, who are elected by the people of each province in open and free elections.

In addition it should be noted that in May 2013 the archipelago Radamanthys Southanarias Island has associated with Consejo de Indias maintaining a structure of semi-autonomous government.

As to the status of national territory, referring to Martin Garcia Island, which is currently a naval base. Although there is a small civilian population working in the questioned facilities of the Tranz X - Navaris Corporation. This island is controlled by a military governor.

Executive Branch

It is a dual executive, which coexist in the figure of the Emperor who has specific responsibilities and generally very restricted, acting as "Referee" or "mediator" of the political problems; and the president, who is elected by the Republican Council.

Legislative Branch

Republican Assembly: It is made up of 40 members and are elected democratically as follow: Fountainbleau 20, 10 Palermo and 10 Andinia de la Marca. In addition the Assembly has a Republican Sub-organism called and Law Enforcement Council, which has the power to review the constitutionality of laws and government decisions, but their decisions are not binding. Both, the executive branch as the Council of Law are independent in terms of the figure of the Emperor, who has the power of veto against any law or decree, which should be banned not may again be discussed in the next 3 years.

Judicial Branch

This branch consists of two courts: Courts Prefecture present in the provinces and the Republican Court located Virlib, which functions as a supreme court.

Associated Nations Community (Conaas)

It is a community of states that have decided to associate under the protection and sovereignty of Consejo de Indias. Its members are: Isla Radamanthys Southanarias and Saisirro.The community was created in late 2011 in order to group Fountemblaudians Consejeans under the economic and governmental structure of Consejo de Indias without abandoning their semi-autonomous governments.

In January 2012 voluntarily each state have given up part of their sovereignty in pursuit of territorial, commercial and diplomatic unification Consejo de Indias. However there is still a controversy especially in the region of Saisirro that technically has a low percentaje of consejean population.

Economy:

The free market economy is dedicated to arms production, recently consolidated by the Union of Tranz-X with Navaris. Other strengths of the economy are the branches of technology and scientific development. In May of 2014 Tranz X Corporation announces its expansion to other areas of the economy in order to cover new markets and improve their profits.

Geography and Climate
