Elianam has been at the core of one military issue within it's region of Korel and another in the Union of Extraordinary Nations. The Holy Shining Empire has been at odds with The Imperial Republic of Rutianas twice now. Both times actual military conflict was averted, but at great loss to the Holy Shining Empire.

Arianasol

The People's Republic of Arianasol had once been a part of Elianam. The Arianasites were used as slave labor for the Empire. When they rebelled openly against the Empire, Rutianas became involved by assisting the Arianasites with food, shelter, and medical supplies. The Empire finally backed down and began licking it's wounds and eventually recognised the existance of the People's Republic of Arianasol, although grudgingly.

Swarming Cute Kittens

One day, in the center of the capital city of Eliana, a lever appeared. The priests scratched their heads and stared at the lever. Bishop K'trett finally gave the order to pull the lever. Once pulled, thousands of furry, cute kittens began swarming through the streets. Chaos ensued for several months afterwards as these seemingly innocent and harmless kittens terrorised Elianam. Eventually, these kittens left, though they had begun to grow intelligent. Elianam found out that these kittens had formed their own nation, The Fuzzy and Furry Domain of Swarming Cute Kittens. They sent an envoy only to find out that The Imperial Republic of Rutianas had outwitted them once again. They protested the Imperial Republic's involvement in this, but was met with a harsh response that equated to a suggestion of where they could put their protest. The Holy Empire backed down, knowing that The Imperial Republic was of a stronger caliber and could follow through with the threat.
