The Atlantic Triarchy of the Atlae Isles (pronounciation: /ætleɪ/) is a nation in The East Pacific and a member state of the WA.

History
The history of the Atlae Isles is interesting, to say the least, and vibrant, to say the best.
Delegate of the Royal Alliance III
The Royal Lagrangian won out for their The Royal Alliance III, winning out over Versutia's offer for their The Versutian Federation. For a while, the Atlae Isles served as the non-executive delegate. However, trolls plagued the region.
The United Alliance of Conservative Nations
Being fed up with the trolls, The Royal Lagrangian created the United Alliance of Conservative Nations, commonly known as the UACN. The Atlae Isles changed from The North Pacific to the United Alliance of Conservative Nations to live. Ironically, half of the nations were liberal. After The Royal Lagrangian was deleted, things turned into turmoil.
But in August, in a series of events including raids, puppets, elections, and ejections, delegate Sanders Centre ejected the opposition, not including the Atlae Isles, and introduced a short-lived Security Council proposal to commend the UACN. All opposition fled to Star Haven. Later, Sanders Centre set their eyes on the Atlae Isles, the only opposition. They granted the Atlae Isles to give a final speech, which they gave, and is still on the RMB today. After the speech, Sanders Centre claimed that they would resign as dictator and reach out to the opposition, but then recanted after the Atlae Isles' guard was let down. They then ejected the Atlae Isles on October 25, 2016.

The East Pacific
After the Atlae Isles left The Rejected Realms to The East Pacific, it became a citizen of TEP.
Involvement in the Four Days War
The Atlae Isles was one of the nations that declared war on the Fire Pact in the Four Days War without being part of the SEPC. When Asendavia attempted an assault on the city of Draeset (belonging to SEPC nation Tretrid), the Tretridian navy was dispatched to counter them. Seeing the national security risk of the Fire Pact in Atlaesian waters, the Atlae Isles declared war on the Fire Pact on December 13, 2016, bought 1,000 naval mines, and started to deploy their fleet (one from the Southern Islands, one from the Northern Archipelago) in a pincer movement to surround the Asendavian fleet.
However, peace talks started in Emberwood Coast, and Asendavia surrendered on December 14, 2016 to attend.
In the Treaty of Aura, the SEPC and the Fire Pact had to pay 1,000,000,000,000 NSD(NationStates Dollars)/SMUs(Standard Money Units) as war reparations.
Regional Politics
On October 25, 2016, the Atlae Isles became a citizen of the East Pacific. Plenty of interesting things (which in this mythical place called reality is called roleplay) happened, including the Four Days War. An embassy has been created recently after Liberation Day.
Currently, the Atlae Isles is squabbling with 4 nations at the southern part of the Northern Archipelago, and is unofficially "at war" with them. They are Charton, Kerlington, Minedestives, and Liber Yorvus.
International Politics
On February 7, 2016, the Atlae Isles was admitted to the World Assembly. There, it voted, without any direct WA ambassador. However, when Repeal "Law Enforcement Education" came to the table, the Atlae Isles appointed its WA ambassador, George Williamsen, and started debating. Despite his efforts, "Law Enforcement Education" was repealed, but he learned from this mistake, and began debating on a larger scale. Currently, he is now a spokesperson, and an influential ambassador.
When "Securing Nuclear Materials from Dastardly Menaces" came to the table, a defenestration incident happened, and the consequences of which made States of Glory WA Office angry, which spilled over into the WA Strangers' Bar. After many arguments about violence and international jurisdiction, a settlement was reached in which George Williamsen would pay 1,000 NSD to States of Glory WA Office (50 Karubles) and they would discipline their officers and ambassadors.
Geography
The Atlae Isles is split into two main parts: The Southern Islands, and the Northern Archipelago. They are on the other sides of Atlantia.
Northern Archipelago
The Northern Archipelago is the arctic region, where the weather is usually cold, but heat does come in the summer. Its cities include the capital, Atlaerskoiy, cities like The Atlae Isles City, Somerset, Savannah, Rocheste (also nicknamed "Ochester" by its inhabitants) and military bases, like Fort Andromeda, Fort Andrews, Fort Mercer and Fort Michaels. They are used primarily for industry.
The southern part of the Northern Archipelago, north of Dovahofkiin, there are Kerlington, Minedestives, Liber Yorvus, and Charton. These are renegade provinces that seek independence.
Southern Islands
The Southern Islands are the tropical region, where snow is rare, and the main reason why the Atlae Isles have a good weather rating. Tourism is a huge industry, with bustling population centers such as Marsepolis and Exeter (Marsepolis is the largest city with 25% of its inhabitants). There are many military bases over the Southern Islands, due to its large expanse. However, they do not show up on the map because they are not large enough as Fort Andrews, for example. The main fleet guarding the Southern Isles is stationed at Exeter, and was used in the Four Days War. They are primarily agricultural, however, industries are growing in sunny islands because their workers keep on flocking to the beach to work.
Government and Politics
The Atlantic government is made up of federal and state governments, each cooperating and each having different responsibilities.
Federal
The federal branch of the government is made up of the Legislative Assembly, the Triarchy, and the Courts.
Legislative Assembly
The federal legislative assembly, meeting in Atlaerskoiy, makes federal laws. The upper house is Parliament and are made of MP's. The lower house is called Congress and are made of Senators. They can override a veto by a 2/3 majority.
Triarchy
The triarchy is the executive branch of the federal government. It is made up of 12 members, 4 of the Constitutional Monarchy, headed by Calvin the I and his advisors, 4 of the Federalist Republic, 4 head representatives elected by the Legislative Assembly, 4 of the United Duchies, directly elected by the people. They deliberate and sign or veto laws.
Courts
The federal courts are the head of the court system, and are responsible for the courts. The Supreme Court, made up of 9 members, appointed by the Triarchy and confirmed by the Legislative Assembly.
Local
On the city level, councils are elected. On the county level, they are elected.
Courts
Local courts are on the bottom part of the court system, and solve local disputes. Civil and criminal cases can be appealed.
Demograpics
Ethnicity
The Atlae Isles are 30% Caucasian, 30% Asian, 20% Pacific Islander, 15% African, 5% Mixed, 5% Other.
Relgion
The Atlae Isles are 45% Christian, 30% Atheist, 15% Buddhist, 7% Muslim, 2% Hindu, and 1% Other. That 1% Other included 0.5% Violetist.
Family Structure
Gay marriage is legal in the Atlae Isles, but surprisingly uncommon. 85% of families are heterosexual, with the adopted child being adopted quite quickly.
Culture
The Atlae Isles has a "sophisticated" culture, according to the subjective reasoning of the WA, close to the 10% banner. Culture varies island to island, however.
Food
Fried and healthy foods are very common in the Atlae Isles. They are usually bland, just right amount of seasoning, and overseasoned (to some people).
Media
The media is claimed to be objective, although biased and drawn towards action. They are mostly pro-government, and are trusted by the vast majority of the population. However, there are pirate broadcasts that are anti-government and are trusted by the uneducated. Most media comes from TV and the Internet, newspapers, and magazines.
Aesthetics
Art
The art coming from the Atlae Isles is a variety of classical, impressionistic, and abstract, and is said to be of high quality.
Literature
The literature of the Atlae Isles is said to be very profound. Print is competing with audio, but the Atlae Isles has a very large publishing industry.
Nonfiction
The nonfiction books are usually sourced to often very reliable sources, and are highly respected.
Fiction
The fiction novels are often dramatic, with genres including mythology, romance, mystery, and action being the best-selling.
Poetry
The poetry is best-selling, and is seen in most newspapers. They are said to be very profound, deep in implied meaning.
Music
Most of the population adheres to classical music, with new musical movements like rock, heavy metal, and modern pop to be distasteful. However, many of the youth like jazz, and jazz is taught alongside classical music theory.
Sports
All of the sports played in the Atlae Isles are very safe, with a high turnout. When the Atlae Isles competes in the Olympics, they take home many medals. However, when the Blackacre Olympics rolled around, the Atlae Isles boycotted the Olympics, letting their athletes compete independently.
Military
The Atlae Isles gives roughly 3% of its GDP to the military.
The air branch is called the Sky Guard, the sea branch is called the Navy, and the army is the Soldier Force, or more commonly called the Army.
Northern Archipelago
The Northern Archipelago are made up of many big, relatively close islands, so air defenses and land-based armies are big priorities.
Sky Guard
The Northern Archipelago has a large airforce, with one military expert once noting that airplanes filled the sky during a military exercise. It has 75% of all the aircraft, from 4,000 to 5,000 aircraft.
The Northern Archipelago has a relatively small navy size, with 25% of the ships, about 125. Of those, 5 are aircraft carriers, 50 are coastal guards, 15 of them are submarines, 10 are frigates, 5 are minesweepers, 20 are destroyers, and 20 are battleships. Of these, most are stationed in the southern parts, at Fort Mercer.
Soldier Force
The Northern Archipelago has many land-based units, with 100,000 stationed in the north. There are many machines participating too, with 1,000 tanks, 1,000 self-propelled vehicles, 1,000 regular artillery (some of which are anti-aircraft), and 750 are armored fighting vehicles.
Southern Islands
The Southern Islands, being many small islands relatively far apart, so naval defenses are big priorities.
Sky Guard
The Southern Islands has a small air force. Because of the size of the islands, they must have to be stationed on aircraft carriers, or on air hangars on islands. Because they are far apart, most warplanes have to be bombers, and any short-ranged planes must be defensive. They are mostly state of the art.
The Southern Islands has a much bigger navy size than the Northern Archipelago, about 375. Of those, 20 are aircraft carriers, 150 are coastal guards, 75 are submarines, 50 are frigates, 15 are minesweepers, 30 are destroyers, and 30 are battleships. 5 of these are the legendary "island ships," or ships so large that they have been mistaken as islands. There are also military forts built on the water, powered by solar and wind power, or by their nuclear engine. They are all state of the art.
Soldier Force
The Southern Islands have few land-based units, with 5 million in the south. There are less machines, with 750 tanks, 500 self-propelled vehicles, 750 regular artillery (some of which are anti-aircraft, and 500 are armored fighting vehicles.
Law Enforcement
The police force is very capable, with youth rebelliousness one of the lowest in the world. Compliance is quite high, and corruption is very low.
Criminal Justice
The criminal justice system is very efficient, with the emphasis on rehabilitation rather than punishment.
Economy
The frighteningly efficient Atlantic economy, worth 216 trillion Karubles a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Tourism, Book Publishing, and Cheese Exports. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an impressive 117,259 Karubles, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.6 times as much as the poorest.
Infrastructure and Transportation
The Atlae Isles' has a complex infrastructure system, with 7.2% of the government budget dedicated to public transport.
Northern Archipelago
In the Northern Archipelago, there is a high-speed rail system, super-highways, and 3 big airports and many local airports. In trails, or places that are not feasible for vehicles, people use horses or bicycles. Bridges are very common.
Southern Islands
There are many bridges connecting the islands, and many, many airports. Cars are used, while subways are also common, especially to particularly small islands. Bicycles are used in the vast urban centers, as traffic are huge problems.
Science and Technology
The Atlae Isles has a booming science sector, and is rated high on scientific advancement. There is a probe out in deep space studying a comet, and mining satellites.
However, after the Four Days War, most satellites in low orbit, including GPS satellites were damaged. The Atlae Isles is currently working on a way to remove space debris and will relaunch satellites in 2017.
The Atlae Isles does not use fossil fuels, but instead uses alternative energy like wind, solar, nuclear, and biofuel.
Health
The Atlae Isles is rated high on health. Atlaesians eat healthy, and exercise regularly.
