The Provincial Coalition of Vettrera (or Greater Valoria) is a Mixed-Format Democracy located in Northeastern Bethel Park and controlling a protectorate in Northern Atlantian Oceania. Despite holding all of its true territory inside of Bethel Park and not inside of Atlantian Oceania, most of its diplomatic and political links are to the Atlantian Oceanian community.
