Yuno

The Stratocratic Queendom of Yuno is located in The East Pacific, on the planet Urth, on the continent of Concord. Yuno is a unitary sovereign state on the Concord and the world's most kawaii country, with a pink-haired population of over 70 million, a GDP worth 495,000,000,000 SHD, and 7142 SHD per capita. 14% agriculture, 68% manufacturing, and 18% government/civil service(which includes military service.) Military spending of the GDP goes over 7% due to the country being a Stratocracy. The major industries are: mining oil, steel, construction/infrastracture, food, domestic products, aircraft, soldiers, fabric, arms manufacturing, and government administration. The military-connected black market industries are: organ trafficking, human trafficking, nuclear and chemical weapons and torture materials. Yuno’s technological scale ranges from early 2000s to modern, mainly government-provided technology which is used to control the populace rather than be controlled by the populace.

Geography

Yuno has an area of 143,311.73 km². It is surrounded by its neighboring country, Adumara. It borders the ocean which lets in a river called the Yunnic River, 200 kilometres long. The coastline is 200 kilometres long. It has a marine climate with a Coniferous Forest Biome. The weather is always cool and holds light Seattle rain six days a week, and the sun shines brightly one day a week. When the weather isn’t doing that, there are dry winters, and summers starting in late-april, and plenty of precipitation during the growing season. The nation holds large amounts of oil, diamonds, fuel, iron, gunpowder and steel. Half the land consists of agriculture farms that are rice fields. Additionally, farming, corn, beans, and pretty much most green vegetables are grown everywhere in Yuno, in addition to pears, cherries, apples, and apricots. The forests, suburbs, rural farms and cities of Yuno have a diverse array of strange one-eyed animals and mutated animals such as bats, cats, snakes, and raccoons. There are also pink-spotted cows.

Government

Yuno is a military-based stratocracy, lottocracy, and a divine dictatorship under the charismatic authority of one Sovereign. The Sovereign is the Queen of Yuno, commander-in-chief of Yuno's military, with the power to change the statuses and positions of officials within government. Political officials are selected by a lottery known as the Mandate of Heaven upon their childbirth and groomed for at least a dozen years in advance into their government positions, this process being predestination sortition. In governance, sortition (also known as allotment or demarchy) selects political officials as a random sample from a larger pool of candidates. Currently, the government is run by a bicameral legislature, with a "Senate" filled entirely of military leadership, and a "House of Representatives" called the Council of Lilith. The country is divided into 27 districts, and the Council of Lilith consists of District Leaders, however, there are only 14 District Leaders, currently being: 1. Yachiru 2. Rukia 3. Juvia 4. Aika 5. Luka 6. Evelyn 7. Lucy 8. Krul 8. Undisclosed identity 10. Vivika 11. Sakura 12. Victoria Lockhart 13. Suzy 13. Blair. The Yunnic Supreme Court is the Judiciary of Yuno. Law enforcement is heavily funded and enforced by the military police. The Capital of Yuno is named China. A military of 70,000 active soldiers, organized as the Air Force, Naval Base, and Army, protects the Yuno Empire.

The Cynthians worship Lilith as though they genuinely believe her to be the Goddess.

Social Programs

Microchip implants are installed in every human. In certain cases, drugs are used to induce certain personality traits upon the populace:  truth-serums, looser lips, secret-spills, snitches. There is no free will to choose a job or a career, however, most of the populace learned to enjoy their occupation and are content and satisfied with their work. The political leadership was forced into politics from birth and told what to do in regards to running the country- by the Council of Lilith, and while that places them in high social standing, it also devoids them from their parents and they cannot choose a mate.

Social Structure

Councillors are essentially de-facto rulers with almost the same rights as Lilith herself. There is one Councillor for every district, and they form their own advisory board, which oversees their "mini-state." Most of these advisory board members own their own privatized business, which is "state-owned" in name only. This is due to the business executives paying the State to "persuade" the citizens into getting "employed" for life.
