New Pacific Order

The New Pacific Order, or NPO, is the name of three different regimes, each governing the Pacific at different times. The most famous was a controversial government that took power in the Pacific on 1 September 2003 under the nation Francos Spain. Its supporters endorsed the stability of the regime, while opponents deemed it oppressive. Shortly after Francos Spain left, the NPO reorganized into a government called the People's Republic of The Pacific or PRP, ending the first NPO. After the PRP was dissolved in April of 2006, the New Pacific Order was reformed under the rule of Emperor BlackAdder goes Forth. It was then controlled by Pierconium and, on his supposed retirement from the game, it passed to Moo-cows with guns. After a power struggle between Moo-cows and a resurgent Pierconium, the NPO was abolished for a time toward the end of 2007; however, only a short time later, a third New Pacific Order was established. It endures to this day.
