Prince Paul de Courtenay (born 1954) is a Braslander nobleman. He is the son of Prince Grégoire de Courtenay.

In 1981 he married Countess Benedikta von Henslen. They have seven children: Amelia (born 1982), Theodora (born 1983), Charles (born 1985), Raphael (born 1987), Elise (born 1989), Louis (born 1990) and Marguerite (born 1993).

Prince Paul has worked most of his career for the Benstall Group, of which he is its current CEO.
