The People's Republic Of Gòngchǎn is an unrecognized communist state east of the Kingdom of Haiyan.

Government

Gòngchǎn is a communist run state, established in 1980 when the remaining elements of the Haiyanese Communist Party illegally occupied the 77,220 sq mi strip of land. The government under self-entitled leader "Supreme Leader" Shun Qui Ma is known to have a poor human rights record. As of November 12th, 2014 under Operation Jù bō the Haiyanese military controls at least 20% of the state.

Military

The national military known as the People's Army Of Gòngchǎn, is a largely ineffective fighting force lacking proper training or equipment and having a high rate of desertion.
