Perfecto Maharis Solis (b. August 18, 1998) is a Kennyite-Palentine heir and the Imperial Consort of The Palentine, chosen for the role by Empress Jhessan Spaulding during a 2017-18 suitor contest. Solis is of white and Latino ancestry, and is the reputed illegitimate son of disgraced Kennyite ex-President Manuelo Fernanda. Born in the Kennyite capital of Paradise City, Solis has lived in an upscale suburb of The 'Burgh since he was six years old -- supposedly when Alex Tehrani, then an adviser to Fernanda's 2005 presidential campaign, arranged for Solis' mother Hilda to be given a hefty payoff in exchange for leaving the country and never contacting Fernanda again. (This was reportedly fine by Hilda, since she didn't want any further connection with that sleazebag anyway; Solis, however, has harbored differing feelings on the subject.)
Educated in The Palentine, an undemocratic empire, Solis does not understand Kennyite politics very well, and imagines himself, as the son of former President Fernanda, a legitimate claimant to the "Kennyite throne." Reportedly, Solis has been scheming to seize power from current President Sammy Faisano for the past five years -- and actually remains a person of interest in a foiled 2016 attack on the Kennyite embassy in The 'Burgh (purportedly so he could establish a "court in exile"). Solis entered Jhessan's suitor contest shortly after his 19th birthday, assuming his marriage into a royal bloodline would firm up his claim to rule. His sketchy past was definitely a liability at first, but to his credit he's witty and charming, great with kids (being one himself), and apparently shares the empress' cordial hatred for President Faisano -- so what are you gonna do?
Solis identifies as bisexual (but only because he watches Game of Thrones and thinks sexual fluidity is cool).
