Perseus Fabius, 42nd Duke of Paphlagonia (23 October 1912 – 19 December 1986), styled Lord Paphlagonia between 1933 and 1956, was a Diadochiah peer.
Paphlagonia was the son of Stefanos Fabius, 41st Duke of Paphlagonia.
He was educated at Bilias' School and Theodora College, Olympias. He served in the military and in the Diadochian Army.
