Petrevich (Sibarian: Oблысы), is the largest city in Sibaria and is the largest city in Greater Moneylania with an officially estimated population of 47,870,450 as of 1 January 2027. It is located on the eastern coast of Sibaria, within Petrev Oblosk. The current mayor of the city is Susin Ruskie. Se was appointed on 3 August 2026.

Petrevich was established in 1299 by King Helios Archeon. The city is built on a natural harbour surrounded by hills, and is one of the regions largest natural harbours, along with Youthsville. The hinterland of the metropolitan area is surrounded by national parks, and the coastal regions feature many bays, rivers, inlets and beaches. Within the city are many parkland and park areas.

Petrevich's Central Business District (CBD) covers 4km2. The Petrevich CBD is bounded on the west side by the suburb of Ultimas, and the North by the Media Disctrict (Petrevich North), a filming, tourist and nightlife area. The extensive area covered by urban Vladivastak is formally divided into 43 suburbs and administered as 20 local government areas. The state and its agencies have extensive responsibilities in providing metropolitan services to the outer suburbs.
