The Polkopian Premier League (Polkopian: Liga Polkopikansavoy Čampional) is the top division professional association football league in Polkopia. The league consists of sixteen teams. The team finishing at the top position automatically qualifies for the Champions' Cup, while the teams finishing in second, third, and fourth places all qualify for the Globe Cup. The two teams finishing in fourth and third to last place engage in a playoff with the teams finishing third and fourth place in the Polkopian Second Divison in order to earn their places in the Polkopian Premier League for next season, and the teams finishing in the last two spots are relegated to the Polkopian Second Division.

The Polkopian Premier League was founded in 1932, rebranded in 2008, and then again in 2018, and remains the most-watched sports league within Polkopia for twelve years straight.
