The President of Kohlandia is the elected Head of State of the Federal Republic of Kohlandia. The President is the head of the Executive branch of the Kohlandian government.
The office of President of Kohlandia is written into the 1885 Ripublijk Erklerunet (lit. "Declaration of the Republic") , the document that serves as the basis of the Kohlandian constitution.
Presidents in Kohlandia are term-limited to three 4-year terms, which can run consecutively or with gaps between terms; giving a total length of service of 12 years.
