Biography

Princess Adelaide Victoria Marina Helene of Schaumburg-Lippe was born on 19 April 1963 in Bückeburg, Germany. Her parents were Prince Ernst of Schaumburg-Lippe and Princess Helena of Greece and Denmark. Her parents had five other children, Princesses Elisabeth, Sophie, Marie, and Katharina; and Prince Friedrich Wilhelm. Ernst and Helena divorced in 1981, and Adelaide went with her mother to Lyon, France.
