Princess Elisabeth, Duchess of Sönderholm (born Elisabeth Hendrika van Houten; 30 March 1934) is a princess of Friskland, and the widow of Prince Emil, Duke of Sönderholm.
Born in Arnhem, the Netherlands, Elisabeth married Prince Emil of Friskland in 1961. They had two children:
- Princess Esther (Esther Elisabeth Eliane; born 4 May 1963)
- Princess Sarah (Sarah Alexandra Hendrika; born 7 April 1967)
Widowed in 2016, Elisabeth currently resides at her apartment in Torberg Palace in Allangen.
