Princess Elisabeth, Duchess of Sönderholm (born Elisabeth Hendrika van Houten; 30 March 1934) is a princess of Friskland, and the widow of Prince Emil, Duke of Sönderholm.

Born in Arnhem, the Netherlands, Elisabeth married Prince Emil of Friskland in 1961. They had two children, Princess Esther, and Princess Sarah.
