Princess Laure of Brasland (born 1930), is the daughter of King Frederick V and Princess Maria Anna of Brasland.

In 1952 she married Count Karl von Henslen, head of that family. The Henslens, along with the Dukes von Kerlich, are the two main noble dynasties of Brasland. Thus, Laure's marriage to Karl was considered a great match. The couple was extremely happy and had nine children: Karl Friedrich (born 1953), Anna (born 1954), Ulrich (born 1956), Caroline (born 1958), Elisabeth (born 1961), Lorenz (born 1964), Georg (born 1966), Maximilian (born and died 1969) and Larissa (1974-2008).

The Princess, now a widow, lives in Sprinzenwald Castle with her sister Alexandra. She is involved in many charities.
