Prumerica's Description

The Jingoistic States of Prumerica is a small, orderly nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, frequent executions, and compulsory military service. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 23 million Prumericans are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The relatively small, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Industry. The average income tax rate is 18.8%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The thriving Prumerican economy, worth 1.37 trillion Mallers a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Book Publishing, Information Technology, and Basket Weaving. Black market activity is notable. Average income is 59,756 Mallers, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.8 times as much as the poorest.

Conscientious objectors are hanged as traitors, a performance of the hit musical "Mamma Tua" has been delayed after squatters were found sleeping in the orchestra pit, criminals rejoice in the streets as the entire police force is sent away on a training retreat, and racial supremacists indulge their wildest fantasies in cinemas and theatres across the nation. Crime, especially youth-related, is almost non-existent, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Prumerica's national animal is the Polar Bear, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.

Prumerica's Creation

The creation of Prumerica happened when Germany helped the British in the revoloutionary war and won. They created the Client State of Prumerica. Later on in WW2, Prumerica seperated from Germany and fought on the side of the allies. To this day, Prumerica remains independent and shall stay independent forever!

Prumerica's Geography

Prumerica is located in present day Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania. It also borders Great Britain, Canada, and France in North America. Due to Prumerica having such an awkward position, it tries to remain as pacifist as it can be.

Prumerica's Culture

Prumerica is a varied mix of cultures, such as Prussian, German, British, and American cultures. Having so many cultures, it is a hot spot for immigration.

Prumerica's Military

Prumerica's military is decent because, it has compulsory military service. Since it has this decent military, it also has a good Police Force. The Police Force makes it so that there is barely any crime.
