Format
Participants
28 clubs take part in the Cup. All of them take part in the RiLFA Football Championship. The TOP4 of the Championship skip the first round.
First Round
In the first round, all of the season's Championship clubs (excluding last season's TOP4) take part. In the draw, places 5-16 of last seasons Championship are seeded - all others are unseeded. Seeded teams can only be drawn against unseeded teams, and they play their first match at home.
