The Township of Saint-Venant-de-Paquette is a Québécois-majority town located in Coös Plantation, Isabelle Plantations consisting of 4 recognized villages. Saint-Venant was annexed by Isabelle Plantations from Quebec Ouest during the ongoing Mount Washington Conflict in 2038. Fort Quebec is located in the village of Saint Venant. The Pittsburg Battlefield is located in the village Pittsburg and is home to the memorial of the 832 soldiers who lost their lives there in 2038.

Saint-Venant is experiencing rapid expansion as the nation recently opened military base Fort Quebec. Experts recently stated that they expect the population to surpass 20,000 within the next few years. The Coös Plantation Experimental Lunatic Asylum and Pauper Farm, as well as the FBP Coös Federal and Military Prison, are expected to open in 2041 which is expected to bring 1,230 full-time jobs to the town.
