Solomon von Ledonitz (1853-1926) was a Braslander banker. He was the son of Moses Ledonitz.

He was in charge of the Halvan offices of the Ledonitz businesses. In 1879 he married Alice Halpern, the daughter of a Halvan-based Jewish merchant. They had nine children: Claire (born 1880), Henri (born 1881), Anselm (norn 1883), Philippine (born 1885), Julie (born 1888), Alphonse (born 1890; unmarried), Mathilde (born and died 1891), Jérôme (1893-1894) and Michel (born and died 1895).
