Solomon von Ledonitz (1853-1926) was a Braslander banker. He was the son of Moses Ledonitz.

He was in charge of the Halvan offices of Ledonitz Bank. In 1879 he married Alice Halpern, the daughter of a Halvan-based Jewish merchant. They had nine children: Claire (born 1880), Henri (born 1881), Anselm (norn 1883), Philippine (born 1885), Julie (born 1888), Alphonse (born 1890; unmarried), Mathilde (born and died 1891), Jérôme (1893-1894) and Michel (born and died 1895).

Solomon managed key businesses in Halvan and expanded the family investments in shipping and trade of various goods.

He and his brother Abraham were ennobled in 1904.

He died in 1926.
