The South Auroran Federation Armed Forces was formed from the union of Xagrurg and Kostoria-Obertonia in 1908 with both of the respective nations' armed forces. The Armed Forces were considered to be a professional military with an all-volunteer force.

History

The South Auroran Federation military was formed with Xagrurg's and Kostoria-Obertonia's armed forces in order to create better cohesion in military operations. The military is a professional military force, which relied on patriotism and anti-Ethalrian sentiment.

Army

The army is usually deployed near or on the Ethalrian border, patrolling it to spot any trespassers or invaders. This is the primary force of the armed forces and is very mobile and trained. The main tactics of the army are trench warfare on the Ethalrian border and skirmishes and ambushes in rural, forest, and hilly terrain.
