The Special Commando Battalion (Spanish:Especial Batallón de comando) are the land based special forces of the Narsoran National Military. They specialize in counter-terrorism, hostage rescue and unconventional warfare.
History
The Special Commando Battalion was formed in 1990 to respond to the emerging threat of terrorism and civil unrest present at the time.
Known Operations
While the unit is highly secretive and it's existence not revealed until 2002, several of it's more high profile operations have been made available to the public;

Hijacking of Air Narsora Flight 135 | 2014, San Alessia International Airport, Strioca | On October 6, 2014 an Air Narsora flight 135 was hijacked by 4 militants from the LPN with 200 passengers on board. A Narsoran-Striocan joint operation commences after 9 hours. | All hostages rescued, 2 hijackers killed and 2 captured, 2 commandos wounded. This operation brought the unit to the public eye. |

Equipment
The SCB keeps most of the equipment they use classified, but have been seen using usual army equipment.
