Stefanos Fabius, 41st Duke of Paphlagonia, (1 May 1884 – 26 April 1956) was a Diadochian Army officer, landowner, peer, . He was also a baronet of Diadochia.

He became Duke of Paphlagonia on the death of his father in 1933 he succeeded to the Dukedom.

Early life

The son of Stefanos Fabius, 40th Duke of Paphlagonia. He was educated at Bilias' School, and later at the Imperial Military Academy, Hebdomon.

Paphlagonia was long time member of the Diadochian Army and Navy Club, Diadochian Naval Club, and the Philopation Cricket Club.
