The Supreme Concil is the upper house of lothemesian's governement. It is directed by Sir Edam Rettel the supreme juge of the Concil. He can remove the National Assembly, the governement or the king by suggesting a referendum. He juge the politicans too. He is elected evry 5 years by the Supreme Concil. The 110 juges of the Supreme Concil is elected for life by the king.
