Telm City, also known as City of Telm or Ex Capital is a city in Britonisea, near to the capital, Doportedas. Telm City is apart of Global World Cities which means it is enlisted as one of the best cities in the whole of NationStates however, lately GWC has not been doing well so the term Global World City is looked down on by some Britonish people. Telm City, being the previous capital City before Doportedas was reinstated, exerts power in Britonisea. They also exert media and promotion as well as having the highest rates in Headquarters in that city. Since Telm City lost it's power, HQ's have been moving to cities like Eaux, Quickenden and Al De Londonisea.
Telm City is split in to many boroughs which is a problem because it leads to Gang Borough Wars which is a fight between boroughs to see who is better. This was the reason that Telm City reduced the amount of boroughs by nearly 80% leaving there to only be 4 boroughs. Lyrinx Borough, Rinton Borough, West Borough and South Borough are the four boroughs left in Telm City. There has been talks to abolish the use of boroughs however that would lead to confusion for the postal services of Telm City, Post for Telm. Telm City is the second most populated city in Britonisea with 22,000,000 at the nearest million. This census was taken in 2013.
