Terravoss was an undisclosed puppet of United Federation of Canada that was mostly used in the WA Security Council as a means of blowing off steam about gameplay and WA gripes anonymously, and as a secret puppet to repeal The South Pacific's liberation. The nation had a serious dispute with Omigodtheykilledkenny over a condemnation Terravoss thought ill-deserved, and tried to repeal twice. During the debate for the first repeal, the nation repeatedly denied having any connection to UFOC, and steadfastly claimed they were only trying to restore "credibility" to the Security Council -- although the nation's true identity and motivation were plainly obvious. Incidentally, the repeal was first introduced just a few days after Omigodtheykilledkenny accidentally got UFOC expelled from the World Assembly. Moderators confirmed that Terravoss did in fact belong to UFOC after banning them.
