It is the duty of the Chief Diplomat to oversee and appoint the emissaries, engage in large scale discussions as requested by the Secretary, and approve major embassy requests. Beneath the Chief Diplomat shall be five letter diplomats, or emissaries. Although only five agents will be needed at the time of this writing, the number of emissaries is not specified so as to allow more or less depending on future circumstances.
