The party known as The Republic (Darkmanian: Dë Rëpubëk) is a right-wing political party in Darkmania, split from Conservatives on 18 June 2005 as Jän Ysträm called the Conservatives a party "who have lost their core message with the people", as well as having a party who was positive toward the Regime. It is the most successful right-populist party in Darkmania, earning 5 seats in 2016. The party has been lead by Jän Ysträm since the beginning.

Ideology
The party are the main right-wing populist party with a strong presence of anti-Islam in it. In 2016, doing a speech in Urgämul, Ystärm referred to Islam as "not a religion, but as a terrorist ideology in line with Naziism". This sparked a mass-condemnation toward the party, resulting in that they lost the first round by far, only getting a 10th in the first round and later only 5 out of 599 seats.
