Ulrich VIII, Count von Henslen (1805-1848) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Ulrich VII von Henslen.

In 1827 he married Princess Polyxena von Lichstein. They had children: Ulrich (born 1828), Maria Anna (born and died 1830) and Friedrich (born 1833; unmarried). The Countess died in 1835 in strange circumstances.
