Ulrich VIII, Count von Henslen (1805-1848) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Ulrich VII von Henslen.
In 1827 he married Countess Polyxena von und zu Beierwald. They had children: Ulrich (born 1828), Maria Anna (born and died 1830) and Friedrich (born 1833; unmarried). The Countess died in 1835 in strange circumstances.
Count Ulrich was never the same after his wife's death. He retired to his favorite residence, Sprinzenwald Castle, and never returned to Markund. He died in 1848.
