Rhinel
The Revered Memeopolous of Rhinel, formerly The Dominion of Rhinel and commonly known as Rhinel, is a massive World Assembly member nation with 1.783 citizens and was founded on December 15, 2016. Rhinel currently resides in The Versutian Federation where he is active on both the Discord and RMB.

History
Since the nation was founded, Rhinel has resided in multiple regions and held political office, the most notable of which are listed below in chronological order.
The Pacific Alliance
The Pacific Alliance, or PacAl, was the first region that Rhinel moved to after being founded, as he new people within the region. Here, he learned the basics, participated in the small tight knit community, and engaged in the active and competitive roleplay offered in the region, which would later lead to raised tensions that would persist throughout and beyond his residence in the PacAl. The Pacific Alliance is the region that Rhinel had remained in continuously and activly for the longest period of time as of now.
Additionally, Rhinel held political office for the first time as Intelligence Officer within this region. Although this office was mainly roleplay based, it did allow Rhinel to come into contact with other regions and their residents, most notably The New Western Atlantic, which would eventually become the region that the majority of the PacAl, including Rhinel, would migrate to after the decay of the Pacific Alliance.
The most notable position that Rhinel held in his time as a resident of the PacAl is World Assembly Delegate. Although largely univentful, Rhinel's time as delegate set the precident of him holding elected office and introduced him to NS politics.
Collapse of the Pacific Alliance
Over time, the Pacific Alliance slowly started to lose members, first through dual citizenship with other regions, and then with original members leaving fully. During this period, Rhinel left the Pacific Alliance for dual citizenship in The New Western Atlantic and The Order of the Sword. Causes of PacAl's collapse can be traced back to roleplay tensions, as well as general unenvolvement. The Pacific Alliance currently exists with none of its original members and was officially merged with the International Democratic Community.
New Western Atlantic
Rhinel first encountered The New Western Atlantic during his time as Intelligence Officer in The Pacific Alliance and has since then maintained continouous communication with the region in their Discord. After leaving The Pacific Alliance, Rhinel moved his secondary nation Lesser Rhinel to the region.
Minor conflict arose between Rhinel and a former PacAl member due to preexisting tensions, and this caused Rhinel to be inactive in the region for a prolonged time until amends were made and he returned after several weeks.
The Order of the Sword
The Order of the Sword, abbreviated as ToS, was the first region that Rhinel officially joined after leaving PacAl and also his first interregional diplomacy experience. In actuality, Rhinel had been communicating with ToS since the end of the first Nuclear Event and had placed a nation within The Order of the Sword as a backup for when PacAl failed.
In ToS, Rhinel served as Ambassador to The Versutian Federation, the region which he would eventually relocate to, as well as to The New Western Atlantic.
On July 12, 2017, The Order of the Sword officially merged with The Galactic Order. At this time, Rhinel had relocated his main nation to The Versutian Federation, and his secondary nation was accordingly moved to The Galactic Order.
The Versutian Federation
Rhinel joined the The Versutian Federation on July 12, 2016 after having acted as Ambassador between this region and ToS. Within a week, he applied for citizenship and became an active member on the RMB. From TVF, Rhinel acted as diplomat to NWA.
Period of Inactivity
During a period lasting from september 28 to November 2 of 2017, Rhinel was completely inactive and ceased to exist. This was due mainly to personal matters and growing boredom in NS. However, the nation has since been refounded and continues to be active.
