Founded 2010
Chairwoman Riyna Yovisktre

Founded in 2010, the Vekaiyun National Olympic Council (VOC) oversees all Vekaiyun international sports competitions. Initially, the body was intended to serve for Olympic capacities only, but the body has been used for various Water World Championships, junior games, and even friendlies for soccer competition.

The VOC is most noted for the formation of the sub-committee Council on Olympic Records (CoOR), which sought to catalog all interregional sporting records and provide updates when records were broken. The committee ran into difficulties in late 2013 over legalities and has since been disbanded. Earlier in 2013, the VOC made headlines by providing a hosting bid for Vekaiyun city Provinsk. The bid went to vote, but no committee voted on the Vekaiyun choice, not even the VOC. Anger and humiliation felt by the Vekaiyun populace eventually forced then-chairman Verenyi Lemestrovyey to resign. Vanse Elegeri was appointed interim chairman until the completion of the Ninth Winter Olympics, when he was replaced by the first VOC chairwoman Riyna Yovisktre, who resigned shortly after the Sixth Winter Olympics due in part to the death of athlete Yiisu Oblervi.

In addition to selecting athletes, organizing and coordinating with other international bodies, and ensuring Vekaiyun culture is well-demonstrated abroad, the VOC works closely with designers, engineers, and biologists to select sport uniforms. One of their "finds" include Ankya Sikavistre, the creator of the Vekaiyun speedsuit.
