Vladivastak (Sibarian: Владивосток), is the capital of Sibaria and has been since the early days of the Sibarian Empire with an officially estimated population of 9,300,430 as of 1 January 2026. It is located in the southern portion of Sibaria, within Vladi Oblosk. The current mayor of the city is Mrkus Chechin. He was appointed on 3 August 2026.

Vladivastaks's Central Business District (CBD) covers 2km2. The Vladivastak CBD is bounded on the west side by Vladivastak West, and the North by the Entertainment Disctrict (Vladivastak North), a tourist and nightlife area. The extensive area covered by urban Vladivastak is formally divided into 20 suburbs and administered as 20 local government areas. The state and its agencies have extensive responsibilities in providing metropolitan services to the outer suburbs.
The City of Vladivastak itself covers a fairly large area comprising the central business district, its neighbouring districts and a small number of outer suburbs. In addition, regional descriptions are used informally to conveniently describe larger sections of the urban area.
