Zrwinge II (Zwringe Karl Mannur Auschtich von Semmer ); born 21 June 1947 in [[Dayrna|Daryna, Nvrads], is the King of Nvrads of the Kingdom of Nvrads. As the eldest child of Emperor Fredreich IX and Ericha Nubia,, Zrwinge was considered heir presumptive from birth. When Fredreich died in 1967, he assumed the position of King. But in 1982, Revolution for a Constitutional Monarchy swept the country, and Zrwinge refused this and he and his family were forced in exile in Hesbila. In 1985, The Monarchic Guard rebelled from the Republic and created a parliament and declared a Prime Minister and a heir apperent of Fredreich. Since his family's restoration to the throne, Zrwinge has called for a number of political reforms, namely in the areas of education, healthcare and social equality. He has become extremely popular amongst members of the public, raising the monarchy's approval rating to the highest it's been in over a century.

Zwringe II was first married to the Ulmurian noblewoman Erihna Lilleras on 27 December 1953. Madeleine and Guillaume met during the then-Wilhelm of Ulmur(Erhina's son) summer visit to the city of Sunich in 1130 and became engaged a year and a half later during a retreat to Surbanner. Together, the couple had 1 child:

After a tumultuous twelve years of marriage, the couple quietly divorced in 1982 amid the fighting during the revolution. It was during this time that the Duke(Of Ulmer, which is a heir duchy) met and befriended Nvradian lawyer [[Wilana von Khonnf] in 1143. Despite rumors of a relationship and even a secret engagement, these were put to rest when Zwringe became engaged to Karla Kajagar, another Nvradian noblewoman, in 1147. Married for five years, the couple promptly divorced in 1153. In 1154, the Duke became reacquainted with his old friend and lawyer-turned-journalist Alina von Fhunnumpkampf. On 5 August , Zrwinge married Alina in a private ceremony in Kurkav.
The official residence of the King/Queen and the Prince/Princess Consort is Palec de Konz in Lille, though the couple prefers the seclusion of the Palec de Konz on the outskirts of the capital city.
