Yarin (Mythology)

Yarin was the goddess of justice in ancient Strataric Mythology. When a soul was brought to her, she would weigh his heart against a lump of gold. Should the heart prove heavier, this would signify that the good done in the soul's life outweighs his sins, and he is let into Mechta, the Strataric heaven. Should the gold prove heavier, the soul is sentenced to forever toil in Koshmar, the Strataric hell.
