Yuliya Dmitrova Katin Surkova (Volkian: Юлия Сурков Катин Димитров; born September 16, 1970) is a Volkian politician who is the current President of the Volkian Federative Republic, holding the office since January 11, 2017. She was a Deputy from Debyransk's 1st District from 2002 to 2009, and a Councilwoman from Debyransk. She is the first woman to hold the office of the presidency, and second youngest President of the Volkian Federative Republic.
