Zakhar Alexivich Kreskov (Laiatanese: Захар Алексивич Кресков, born May 31, 1956) was the 19th president of Laiatan. Born in Elipovets, Okezuka Oblast, Kreskov is a graduate of North Okezuka University where he was recruited by the Laiatanese Air Force after graduation. He served in the Laiatanese Air Force for 21 years as a fighter pilot, and saw action in the 1980s over the skies of Vulshain during the Monarchical Revolution, becoming an ace (six kills) early in the fighting, becoming the first Laiatanese airman to do so during the conflict.

Following his career in the military, Kreskov started his political career in 2001 with his victory over Conservative incumbent People's Councilman Matvei Zubkov. Following a single term in the People's Council, Kreskov ran a successful campaign for one of Okezuka's Federal Council seats, defeating Liberal incumbent Makar Dima. He served a single term before running a successful bid for president in 2008, taking 71.6% of the votes, completely bypassing a runoff election. He was inaugurated on January 14, 2009. Yuliya Surkova replaced him as the 20th president of Laiatan, and was inaugurated on January 11, 2017.
