The Democratic Republic of Bisserena, commonly referred to as simply Blisserena, is a country that is located in the small region of Arista. Blisserena is, as it sounds, a country ruled under both democratic and republic groups that elect a president, which occurs every 23 years. The current president is William N. Morrison, who still has 17 years of his presidency before the next election in 2034. The country takes up the majority of the southern region of the island of Seyanne, plus the two semi-major islands of Verion and Adilicie. In the circumstances of population, Blisserena is the largest in all of Arista, with 680 million people as of July 31st, 2017.

As a country having been formed thousands of years ago and surviving past two apocalyptic breakdowns of social order, Blisserena's population has grown tremendously over time and fluctuated quite healthily, other than during the tragedies that almost bore impending doom.
