Xibmumosa

Xibmumosa is a minuscule region, inhabited by a sole nation and only one World Assembly Member.

Throughout Xibmumosa civil rights are held dearly by all. Denizens are flush with political freedom, although competing opinions often mean that political gridlock is the norm. Families in the region are so obsessed with the economy that the discussion of laffer curves and supply-side reforms over dinner is a regular occurrence in member nations. Inhabitants of the region ultimately pay most of their earnings to the government, as the median tax rate is 97%, or more! The region is a workers' paradise, as the governments of the region control nearly all of the economic output. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 7% of public expenditure.

Xibmumosa values education extremely highly, and denizens compete for the largest number of university degrees and sprawling book collections. The region is a lawless wasteland, nations regularly being the subject of documentaries by brave filmmakers. Governments make no provision for law and order. Defense is a major priority for governments within the region, with a large chunk of government budgets being devoted to it. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 3% of total government budgets.

Governments in Xibmumosa communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 2% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Governments generally endow their healthcare departments with a large amount of funding, with an average of 9% of government budgets across the region being devoted to healthcare. Welfare is a large part of government expenditure, with denizens amply provided for. Governments in the region are avowedly atheist - no public funds are allocated to spirituality.

In Xibmumosa, denizens benefit from a good balance of social equality and motivation for advancement, although equality is the priority. Environments within the region are very good, with a healthy balance of denizen's activity and regard for protection of nature.
