The Revered Memeopolous of Rhinel, formerly The Dominion of Rhinel and commonly known as Rhinel, is a massive nation with 1.783 citizens and was founded on December 15, 2016. Rhinel currently resides in The Versutian Federation.

The Pacific Alliance
The Pacific Alliance, or PacAl, was the first region that Rhinel moved to after being founded, as he new people within the region. Here, he learned the basics, participated in the small tight knit community, and engaged in the active and competitive roleplay offered in the region, which would later lead to raised tensions that would persist throughout and beyond his residence in the PacAl.
