Count Karl II von Urbach (1756-1820) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Friedrich III von Urbach.
In 1776 he married Princess Dorothea von Lorensberg. They had five children: Karl (born 1777), Maria Josepha (born 1778), Maximiliane (born 1780), Friedrich (born 1781; unmarried) and Gustav (born and died 1784).
He died in 1820.
