The National Council (Soltsteedish: Nationaalraat /naːsjʌˌnaːlˈɾäːʔ/) is the corporative upper house of the States General of Soltsteed, sitting alongside the directly-elected National Diet.

The chamber consists of representatives of economic institutions, religious denominations, social organisations and historically under-represented groups. Elections to the chamber are staggered, with one-third of members coming up for re-election every other year, and take place by cumulative vote.
